Finally found an authentic Vietnamese Pho spot in New York City!!! The most important part; the BROTH is NOT watered down AT ALL but rather very rich & super delicious! The portion size is MASSIVE but the price is SHOCKINGLY reasonable! What truly shocked me was the ability to add a side of bone marrow for yet again a "REASONABLE" price but not only that: This side of bone marrow was MASSIVE! Never seen such a large amount of easily accessible bone marrow in my life! Made the entire bowl of pho 10 times better! The staff is extremely hardworking with very sweet service in a very large comfortable dining area with plenty of clean & available tables!

My co worker and I always order from here. It's one of our to go places. The price is decent and the portion generous. Their pork chop it's very flavorful would highly recommend that if you're coming here. Customer service is top-notch they always have a smile on their face when we come to pick up our food

Not sure why the reviews are so low because this is one of the best neighborhood pho restaurants in Queens. Service can be a little slow and disjointed but it's usually due to the constant crowds during the lunch and dinner rush. Pho bowls are packed with noodles and all assorted cuts of beef, get it with bone marrow if they have. The garlicky water spinach is a hidden gem.

Ambiance (5/5): I'm a big fan of the ceiling decor, kind of tropical hut vibes. There's plenty of natural lighting from the big windows. Not too loud, clean, and orderly. Service (5/5): They seated us immediately around 1:30pm on a weekend. They are quick with service and greet you warmly. Food (5/5): Vietnamese Coffee (5/5): The coffee was served with a pour-over contraption. The coffee was delicious with the condensed milk! Fresh ribeye slices Pho (5/5): The portion size is generous! The broth is extremely flavorful. The fresh beef provides a silky bite as compared to meat that's been frozen before! For only $12, this is one of the best pho value and taste!! Def coming back. Bone Marrow $5 (4/5): HUGE! Super tender, slides right off with a spoon. Very greasy so it didn't sit well with my stomach! However, still very delicious!

I am always amazed that this restaurant has so low ratings. When we come to visit this place, regularly we have pretty good service. Very reasonable pricing. Clean and good taste. The wait staff is pretty attentive but sometimes it is hard to attention, but you know here isn't a fine restaurant. Anyway, I give 3.5 stars because good food, value, and good service.

Food is pretty good. I really like their pho, save, at times, their noodles are all chopped up. Makes me feel like they are giving me scraps. Their broth is definitely tasty. They don't provide fish sauce or sliced up hot peppers at the table as some other Vietnamese restaurants would. Service is speedy. They got everything right. All dishes were brought to the table in a timely fashion minus the fried squid. That took them a while to bring out (and it was our least favorite. Don't think we'd ever order it from here again. Too thick. Too chewy.). The soft shell crab roll was a bit underwhelming... could swear we have had better from this place and sister locations. Maybe not soft shell crab season? Finally. I wish they would fix up the entry way. They are still rocking the COVID plywood exterior and they have miscellaneous unused items (the touch less thermometer used during the pandemic, etc) all piled up at the entrance to the seating area. Overall, I like their food.

This has become my go-to place for viet food in Elmhurst and Pho Best does it well with a splash of pizzazz. Portions are huge, or at least they seem like it when it's served like this, and I almost always have to get the leftovers for takeout. They do not skimp on the meat and the lemongrass grilled chicken is one of my favorites to order time and time again. Everything is seasoned very well and the flavors of the sauce pairs excellently with the cold noodles. Pro tip: make your own dip with equal parts hoisin sauce and sriracha and it makes everything taste even better ;). Be ready to drink a lot of water, though; I've noticed that I'm always a lot more thirsty after a meal here than anywhere else. Just know in advance that you're not coming here for 5-star service and don't take the brusque attitudes to heart. When I last went, the waiter mistakenly brought us two milk teas when we only ordered one, which isn't a huge deal but it was a bit annoying to see that we were charged for both when it wasn't offered to be taken back nor comped. Ambiance is overall very casual as mostly locals come eat here and there are cute wooden accents in the decor all around. Plenty of seats and good for groups, big or small. Food is 4 stars, service 3.
